Cousins, best friends, and now co-founders
Like many people, we have built careers and lives we love. Somewhere along the way, we both realized our own creativity had taken a back seat to busy schedules and everyday responsibilities.
We wanted to create something that reflected a part of ourselves while inviting others to do the same: a place where passions could flourish, creativity had room to grow, and meaningful moments could unfold. That is how MARPA was born.
We created the kind of space we wished we had. One that feels beautiful without being intimidating, thoughtfully designed without being complicated, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door.

Maria
Co-founder
Maria has always believed that one of life's greatest gifts is the chance to serve others. She brings a deep sense of community to MARPA and celebrates other people's milestones as if they were her own. For her, MARPA is a place where people feel connected, inspired, and truly welcomed.
Paula
Co-founder
Paula's gift for hospitality is at the heart of MARPA. Her home has always been where family and friends gather and feel cared for. Drawn to simplicity, she believes beautiful spaces should feel as comfortable as they are inspiring, and that the best moments are defined by how they make people feel.
